My focus is translating messy clinical and operational workflows into structured systems. That means understanding CPT billing logic, Medicare program rules, EMR data models, and the handoffs between remote care teams and in-office staff. I write SQL to validate assumptions, map user journeys in operational detail, and collaborate with engineering to ship features that get adopted.

My path into healthcare started with a personal transformation: losing over 150 pounds and rebuilding my relationship with health. That experience taught me how hard behavior change is and why systems need to meet people where they are. It's why I care about building software that makes healthier outcomes accessible, not just aspirational.
